After launching Sublet.com in 2000, Nestpick, Inc. debuted iRoommates.com due to overwhelming requests from Sublet.com clients to who were seeking roommates to offset their rental costs. Sublet.com also received requests from private rental seekers who were not able to afford apartments on their own. Since February of 2000, iRoommates.com has successfully matched over 50,000 users with roommates.

Today, iRoommates.com pairs with Sublet.com as partner divisions of Nestpick, Inc. Together, Sublet.com and iRoommates.com provide a full spectrum of rentals anywhere in the world offered directly from owners, property managers or leaseholders.
