I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment for this full year(2023/24). I would be doing a lease transfer over to you, and in exchange you would get the current month free, and the next 10 months of the lease at a discounted rate of $400/month. I will also cover the cost of the transfer fee. The whole process to do the transfer takes around 3 days between filling out an application, completing a background check, and signing the lease transfer. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the three other roommates being males. HOWEVER, girls can also rent the apartment and will be placed in an all girls apartment, just under my lease contract. The apartment is fully furnished, brand new, and walking distance to UIUC.

With the rent comes everything except electricity which would be split between the four roommates.

There is also study space, a nice gym, indoor bike racks, an arcade room, a rooftop pool, and a bakery right in the main building.

The 4 bedroom apartments are in a separate building right next to the main building, but still have outdoor parking for vehicles and bikes along with their own study lounges, and you still have access to everything in the main building.
